An hour and a half after sporadic power outages hit Qatar, utilities provider Kahramaa said electricity has been restored.

Dozens of people had complained about losing power in and around Doha this afternoon.
In response to multiple tweets, Kahramaa said there power outages in “limited areas” and that it was working to fix the problem.
So far, the areas affected appear to include parts of Old Airport, Al Sadd, Al Wakrah and Duhail, among others:

Contacting Kahramaa
Many said they are not having luck reaching utility provider Kahramaa’s emergency number this afternoon:

When called by Doha News, after selecting through a menu of choices, a recording on 991 said Kahramaa is issuing technical difficulties. It then disconnected.
In its tweet, the company said power would be restored gradually in the areas affected, and some people have already reported getting their electricity back:
